My journey into cybersecurity began during my undergraduate studies in Information Technology, where my interest in ethical hacking and network security was sparked. Throughout college, I actively participated in Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions, workshops, and completed online courses on threat detection and network defense.

During my final semester, I was fortunate enough to secure an internship with a cybersecurity services firm, where I gained hands-on experience working with SIEM tools, log analysis, and threat monitoring. This led to an offer for a full-time position as a SOC Analyst right after graduation.

Over the last two years, I’ve been working in a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC), where I’ve been involved in triaging security alerts, conducting in-depth investigations of potential threats, and contributing to the development of incident response strategies. I’ve had the opportunity to work with various security platforms, such as Splunk, QRadar, and CrowdStrike, and have gained proficiency in automating workflows and reducing false positives.
