I teach Figma with a focus on how it’s actually used in design schools and the industry. With a background in UX design and experience working in a leading organization, I help students go beyond just learning the tool to understanding real-world design workflows. We start with the fundamentals i.e. interface, tools, shortcuts, components, and auto layout and gradually move into advanced features, including Figma’s latest AI capabilities. You'll also learn how to use Figma across use cases like graphic design (posters, presentations), UX design (apps and websites), and collaborative workflows using comments, team libraries, and FigJam for research. A key part of the course is hands-on project work including designing, prototyping, and preparing files for developer handoff. You'll recieve individual feedback from me along with guidance on portfolio building and industry expectations. Format: 8 sessions (1 hour each), structured and project-based.
