How to learn clear English I don't know spoke about English?

What is your mother tongue, based on that tutor has to decide. Ideally it's good if you and your tutor mother tongue matches. Mine is Hindi and I take free English classes on weekends on phone and face to face. Hurry it's for limited students.

What are the requirements of learning Java? How long it takes to learn java and what is the fee structure?
