They worry that children get easily distracted at home by phones, TV, or siblings, and that a teacher on a screen cannot monitor body language or ensure the child is actually paying attention. Technical issues like poor internet, frequent disconnections, and lack of proper devices also create a negative experience, making parents feel the class is not reliable. Another major concern is the lack of personal touch and emotional connection; parents believe younger students or those with learning difficulties need face-to-face interaction, instant doubt-solving, and physical activities to understand concepts.
