Omkar

I am Omkar, a B.Tech Food Technology graduate with a strong passion for science, food innovation, and sharing knowledge with others. I believe learning becomes more meaningful when concepts are explained with clarity, practical examples, and real-life applications. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained in-depth knowledge of food processing, food safety, quality management, and the science behind the food we consume every day. Along with my academics, I gained valuable industry exposure through my experience in a leading FMCG company, where I learned about food production processes, quality practices, industrial operations, and the practical application of food technology in real-world manufacturing. My research project, which was Fortification of Moringa Leaves Powder in Khakhra, during graduation enhanced my skills in experimentation, innovation, analysis, and problem-solving. I want to share my knowledge because I believe food technology is a fascinating and impactful field that deserves more awareness. My aim is to help students understand the importance and opportunities in this sector, encourage curiosity, and empower learners to build a productive and successful future. As a teacher, I create a friendly, interactive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.
