New to profession but know what are the requirements to be a good skilled teacher, what is required for the growth of a student. I have worked as a teaching assistant during my B. Tech at college and there I taught C programming, Physics Lab experiments and Microwave System and design.
See I have also been a student so I have clear mindset that what is required to grow and very important what is required to pass a subject with very good marks.
Let me share one thing with you, I was not a meritorious student at very initial stages of my career. I had a phobia related to computer and programming languages and because of that I scored lowest grade at my college in my first year but then I realized that this will not going to work this way I have to do something with my way of looking at things and then I repeated that course in my Third year and got Highest grade in that subject then I taught that subject to First year guys when I was in my Fourth year and also currently working in a IT company, writing codes. So, motive of my story was that I know what it takes to come out of your weakness and how to convert your weakness into your strength.
