By training, i am a Cinematographer. I did my cinematography diploma from Mindscreen Film School,Chennai.
Cinematography is basically using the camera and lighting to capture moving images. Thus, using a motion picture camera for making videos and movies is Cinematography. Lighting the object and surroundings is second part of Cinematography.
Still Photography is the basic thing which is learnt first during a CINEMATOGRAPHY COURSE.
WHY I WANT to teach photography?...... Because i learnt it the hard way. So my heart goes out for people who languish and remain confused because of one basic reason. That reason is that teachers of photography basically entangle the student in technical jargon. It encumbers the learner.
I would like to teach it from the point of view of a single student. I want my student to listen to his heart beat while taking a picture. He/she should have goosebumps. In my teaching,the first picture shall be taken by the learner. And as his/her heart travels, i will move with that pulse. I want you to feel it. I want you to cry in happiness after taking a picture.
