I am a dedicated and motivated M.Sc. Nursing student with a strong academic foundation and two years of hands-on clinical experience gained after completing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During my clinical practice, I have developed sound knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and evidence-based practice across various healthcare settings.

My clinical experience has helped me build strong practical skills, critical thinking ability, and a clear understanding of nursing concepts, which I am able to explain effectively to students. I have actively guided junior students and nursing interns during clinical postings, helping them understand procedures, patient management, and professional conduct, which has further strengthened my interest in teaching.

I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to explain complex nursing topics in a simple, clear, and engaging manner. I am confident, patient, and approachable, creating a positive learning environment for students. I am also well-organized, punctual, and committed to continuous learning, which helps me stay updated with current nursing practices and educational standards.
