I have a total of 2 years of formal teaching experience as a faculty member in a nursing college, where I was responsible for educating and mentoring undergraduate nursing students. During this period, I taught various subjects including Medical-Surgical Nursing, Fundamentals of Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. My teaching methods included interactive lectures, case-based discussions, clinical demonstrations, and skill lab training, which helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. In addition to classroom teaching, I actively participated in curriculum planning, prepared lesson plans aligned with INC guidelines, and conducted both internal assessments and practical examinations. I guided students during their clinical postings, helping them develop critical thinking and hands-on skills in real-time healthcare settings.
