I am a teacher who teaches 11th, 12th and college children and my experience is 3 to 4 years. I have given two years in school and two years in college and you can study whatever subject you want to study in the account. By the way, my specialization in which subject is Account Business, Statistics, Economic Business Studies, whatever else you want to study in this. You can study subject related commerce later when you go to college. But recently if you ask me about 11th and 12th, I deal with all three subjects namely Accounts, Economics and Business Studies.Well, let me tell you that when a child comes in 11th standard and he chooses commerce subject, he is very scared because he does not know this term. He has already studied science. He has already studied Maths, History and Geography and has already studied all those subjects. But if he is interested in commerce subject then he has a lot of doubts about the account which is the debit credit and what is the debit credit and what is the data and creditor and the business is fine. Children have to face many problems related to economics. That's why we focus more in 11th to make their basics stronger so that when they study this thing again in twelfth, they do not face any problem and later also when they study in college, they do not have to face any problem. So this is my experience of impressing the 11th class, which I have taught till now, that children face problems most of the time in the beginning. There are problems in the balance sheet but gradually with such practice all those things get fixed.
