Degrees- Bachelor's + Masters - M.A. Counselling Psychology ( Master's degree in counselling psychology)

Special Interests - Her work expertise involves handling special needs children, conducts informal tests for clinical understanding of the clients, provides apt outsourcing clinical therapies, she diagnoses disorders and provides counselling interventions depending on the client's needs.

Current practices- she is the founder of Learning Psychology and Sessions With Rishmita Kakal. She has her own clinic set up where she practises. She is also a school counsellor to J.M.L. School, Khar. Along with this, she is a lecturer in Hiranandani Foundation School International, Powai.

PAST work experience- She has worked with more than 300 clients in her work-life span. She has been a school counsellor with Podar International School, Powai. She has also conducted various workshop for wide range of population including students, teenagers, parents, relationships and corporate employees.

Achivements- She has improved academics and overall development in special needs children like autism, down syndrome and learning difficulties.

Certifications- She has a certification in Access Consciousness Therapy (Neuron- affirmation activation : Australian Therapy), in Art Based Therapy, in Left- Right Brain Activation Study, in SAIBSHA membership program and Core Somatic Integration (body- mind work)
