I am a qualified Special Educator with around 9 years of experience working with students with different educational and learning needs. I support students who may require additional academic, communication, and developmental assistance, including slow learners, students with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities.

I completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University in 2016. In 2018, I completed training related to Autism and Special Education from Action for Autism, Jasola Vihar. I also hold a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Registration Certificate relevant to my work in special education.

Over the years, I have gained experience working with students with different abilities and individual learning requirements. I believe that every student needs an approach that is based on their strengths, challenges, pace, and specific goals rather than following a standard teaching method.

I provide home tuition and individualised support. I focus on understanding the student’s current abilities and identifying areas where support is required. Based on this understanding, I work towards developing appropriate learning goals and helping students make steady progress.

An important part of my work is developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals according to each student’s specific needs and abilities. I use these goals to provide structured support and monitor progress over time. My approach is patient, personalised, and focused on practical development.

I have experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities. I understand that progress may look different for every learner, so I focus on setting realistic goals and providing consistent guidance while respecting the student’s individual pace.

My goal as a Special Educator is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel understood and encouraged. I aim to help learners develop their academic, communication, and overall skills while providing personalised support that is aligned with their individual needs and abilities.
