I am a Business Analysis and Interview Skills trainer with 5 years of teaching and training experience and 15 years of industry experience. My professional background allows me to combine structured training with practical, real-world knowledge. I specialise in helping learners understand Business Analysis concepts, develop industry-relevant skills, and prepare confidently for interviews and career transitions.

I have completed my Master's in Finance and have built extensive professional experience over the course of my career. My 15 years of industry exposure have given me a practical understanding of how organisations work, how business requirements are handled, and how professionals can apply analytical and communication skills in real-world environments.

Over the years, I have trained more than 50 professionals and helped them successfully transition into Business Analyst roles. I have worked with professionals from non-IT, operations, and other functional backgrounds, helping them understand the skills required to move into Business Analysis. This experience has helped me develop a training approach that is accessible even to learners who do not come from a traditional IT background.

I have also earned professional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and SAFe Agilist. These certifications have strengthened my knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Product Ownership, and scaled Agile practices. I incorporate relevant Agile and business scenarios into my training so that learners can understand how Business Analysis concepts are applied within modern organisations.

My teaching methodology is interactive, practical, and industry-oriented. I use real-world business scenarios and practical examples to explain concepts and encourage students to actively participate in discussions. Rather than focusing only on theoretical knowledge, I help learners understand how they would approach requirements, analyse business situations, communicate with stakeholders, and apply their knowledge in a professional environment.

I conduct both online and offline training sessions and structure my classes around the learner's goals and current level of knowledge. I use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to explain concepts clearly and organise the learning process. I encourage learners to ask questions, discuss scenarios, participate in practical exercises, and develop the confidence needed for professional interviews.

My goal is to help learners build practical Business Analysis skills and become confident in their ability to transition into the role. Whether someone is from an IT background, operations, or another functional area, I aim to provide structured guidance, practical exposure, interview preparation, and industry insights that can help them understand the Business Analyst career path and prepare effectively for their next professional opportunity.
