Ritesh Sinha

I teach students from Classes 6 to 12, specialising in Hindi and Mathematics. I also teach all subjects to students from Classes 6 to 9. I have around 20 years of teaching experience and enjoy helping students strengthen their academic foundations and become more confident learners.

I have completed my Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.). Along with my academic background, I have more than 21 years of overall professional experience as an IT professional. My education and professional career have helped me develop strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

I have worked with multiple MNCs and collaborated with teams across different countries and time zones. Throughout my professional career, I have had opportunities to train, mentor, and coach young professionals. These experiences have strengthened my ability to understand different learning needs and guide individuals towards their goals.

My teaching approach begins with understanding the student’s current level, requirements, and areas that need improvement. I then prepare lessons accordingly and focus on building a strong conceptual foundation. I explain topics systematically and encourage students to ask questions and participate actively.

I follow a structured lesson plan and use PPTs and a digital whiteboard to support my teaching. My classes are interactive and include explanations, examples, practice, and problem-solving. I believe students learn better when they actively work with concepts rather than simply listening to the teacher.

I conduct online classes and adapt the pace according to each student. I understand that learners have different strengths and learning speeds, so I provide additional explanation and practice wherever required. My aim is to make students comfortable with the subject while gradually increasing their confidence.

My professional experience in mentoring and coaching has strengthened my passion for teaching. I enjoy helping students identify their strengths and work on areas that need improvement. My goal is to help learners develop strong academic foundations, think logically, and bring out their best potential.
