As students progress, I introduce more advanced concepts such as chord progressions, harmony, improvisation, accompaniment patterns, ear training, and performance techniques. I believe that students learn best when theory and practical playing are taught together. Therefore, I combine technical exercises, music theory, sight-reading, playing songs, and creative activities in my lessons. I also encourage students to understand why they are playing something rather than simply memorizing notes. My goal is to develop students who are confident, independent, and musically expressive. I maintain a supportive learning environment where students can progress at their own pace while developing proper technique, musical understanding, and a genuine love for playing the piano and keyboard.
