By introducing particular scales, we can target anxiety, promote deep relaxation, or stimulate focus. Active Vocal Release: My approach encourages active participation. Through breath-synchronized vocalizing and simple, repetitive micro-tones (Swaras), you learn to use your own voice as an internal healing tool to release pent-up emotional tension. Immersive Acoustic Anchoring: Every session couples your voice with the grounding vibrations of traditional and meditative instruments, such as the Tanpura and singing bowls.
