I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with 7 years of experience in helping clients improve their strength, fitness, physical health, and overall well-being. I work with individuals at different fitness levels and understand that every person has different goals, abilities, and challenges. My approach is focused on providing personalized training and proper guidance so that clients can make steady progress towards their fitness goals in a safe and sustainable manner.

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Pragati Mahavidyalaya. Along with my degree, I have completed the Rehab and Prehab Specialist certification from Prehab 121 Academy in 2026. This certification has helped me develop specialized knowledge in rehabilitation, prehabilitation, injury prevention, and corrective exercise approaches, which I incorporate into my training wherever appropriate.

Over the past 7 years, I have worked as a personal fitness trainer and helped people improve their strength, physical fitness, and overall health. I have trained individuals with different fitness levels and requirements, which has helped me understand the importance of adapting workouts according to each person's current abilities. I do not believe in following the same training routine for everyone, as effective fitness training should be designed around individual goals and requirements.

My training approach is personalized, practical, and goal-oriented. I provide one-on-one, home-based, and online coaching and create structured training programs based on the individual's objectives. Depending on the client's requirements, I can focus on strength training, weight management, posture correction, rehabilitation, prehabilitation, or corrective exercises. I pay close attention to exercise technique and guide clients through movements so that they can perform them correctly and confidently.

Strength training is an important part of my coaching approach. I help clients progressively develop strength and physical capacity through appropriate exercises and structured training plans. For individuals working towards weight loss or improved body composition, I focus on creating consistent and manageable exercise routines that can be followed over time. My aim is to encourage sustainable progress rather than relying on unrealistic short-term approaches.

My Rehab and Prehab Specialist certification has also strengthened my ability to incorporate injury-prevention and corrective approaches into training. I focus on identifying movement-related limitations and using suitable exercises to support better posture, mobility, movement quality, and physical performance. Safety is an important priority in my sessions, and I ensure that exercises are selected and progressed according to the individual's capabilities and training requirements.

I offer both online and offline training and personalize my coaching based on the client's fitness level, lifestyle, goals, and specific requirements. Whether someone wants to build strength, manage their weight, improve posture, work on corrective exercises, or simply become fitter and healthier, I provide structured guidance and consistent support. My goal is to help every client make safe, sustainable progress while developing better exercise habits, confidence, and long-term physical fitness.
