I teach Personal Fitness and provide fitness training to students and clients through UrbanPro. I have 6 years of experience in the fitness field and have worked with people with different fitness goals and requirements. My focus is on helping individuals improve their fitness, strength, overall health, and physical well-being through consistent and personalized training.

I completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Delhi University in 2018. I also completed an Advanced Personal Trainer certification from Gold’s Gym Institute in 2021. This professional certification provided me with structured training in personal fitness and exercise and helped strengthen my understanding of effective fitness practices.

Over the past 6 years, I have worked with different clients and gained experience in understanding individual fitness requirements. I believe that every person begins their fitness journey from a different point, so training should be adapted to their current level rather than following a fixed approach for everyone.

One of my key professional achievements has been receiving a Best Performance Award for my work as a fitness trainer. I have also helped several clients achieve significant fitness and body transformation results through consistent training and personalized guidance. Seeing someone progress towards a goal that once seemed difficult is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

My approach to training is based on understanding the individual's goals and creating a suitable training plan. I focus on consistency and gradual improvement because sustainable fitness results require regular effort over time. I also believe that students and clients should understand why they are performing particular exercises and how those exercises contribute to their overall goals.

I try to maintain a supportive and motivating environment during training sessions. Fitness can sometimes feel challenging, especially when someone is just beginning, so I believe encouragement and consistency are important. I want the people I train to feel that they are making progress and developing habits that they can maintain over the long term.

I offer both online and offline training sessions and work towards providing personalized guidance based on each individual's requirements. My goal is to help students and clients improve their fitness and strength, develop healthier habits, and work consistently towards meaningful physical transformation and overall well-being.
