I am pursuing my Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) and have completed the first year of the program. Alongside teaching, I have several years of experience managing operations in my family business, where I handled billing, customer service, record maintenance, inventory coordination, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. This has strengthened my organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
