Have served as a Personality Development faculty of Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training for the last ten years for self development, time management, behavioral science, communication, public speaking, Customer Relationship Management and how to fare well in an interview etc. Have been a part of Corp Excel – the Corporate training wing of Frankfinn and have conducted successful training programmes for various public sector and private sector Banks including Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Allahabad Bank etc. on soft skills and customer care to staff members, probationary officers and Managers. Have been assigned as an efficacy trainer, responsible for training all the staff members as well as mentor all the P.D. faculties of Eastern Zone.

Had been retained and associated with various reputed Institutes for Employability, Attitude, Personality Development, Grooming And Corporate Training Including Aptech, N.I.S, Kelvinator, Tyche, Arena, SSI, St. Xaviers’ College Technables Academy, Center Of Excellence For ITES Assessment And Training (an initiative of Dept of I.T., Govt. of West Bengal, University Of Calcutta, WEBEL And Technable) etc. and have held successful job seminars and soft skills training programmes with overwhelming results throughout the country. Also had been responsible for faculty training in some of the eminent institutes of Kolkata.
