My name is Swarnima, and I am a dedicated and passionate education professional with a strong academic background and over eight years of experience in teaching and school administration. I hold an M.A. in English, B.Ed., and an MBA with specialization in School Management. I am currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing and HR, which further enhances my leadership, communication, and managerial skills.
Presently, I am serving as the Junior Wing Incharge (Pre-Nursery to Class V) at Loyola Convent School, where I have been working for the past eight years. In this role, I oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, teacher coordination, and overall student development, ensuring a smooth and disciplined learning environment.
Prior to this, I worked at DAV and Vikas Vidyalaya, where I gained valuable classroom teaching experience and strengthened my subject expertise in English.
With my strong foundation in English literature and language, combined with administrative experience, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively as a PGT English teacher by nurturing analytical thinking, communication skills, and a love for literature among students.
