Over the past decade, I have extensively trained middle and high school students for various stages of Mathematics Olympiads, including IOQM, INMO, RMO, and other national/international level math competitions. My approach emphasizes problem-solving intuition, theoretical depth, and structured progression across key Olympiad domains.Key Responsibilities and Activities: Curriculum Design: Developed modular, level-based curriculum aligned with Olympiad themes – number theory, combinatorics, algebra, geometry, inequalities, and functional equations. Concept Sessions: Conducted 90–120-minute weekly sessions focusing on core ideas, problem strategies, and historical Olympiad problems (IMO shortlist, ISL, etc.). Problem-Solving Workshops: Facilitated interactive workshops simulating exam conditions and peer-review sessions. Emphasized multiple approaches and proof writing. Diagnostic and Progress Assessments: Designed topic-wise tests and mock Olympiads with increasing difficulty, followed by detailed solution discussions and individualized feedback. Mentoring for INMO and Beyond: Provided one-on-one mentorship for high-performing students preparing for INMO and training camps, focusing on advanced strategies and time management. Resource Development: Authored and compiled problem sets, notes, and handouts based on past RMO/INMO/IMO problems and creative extensions.
