We are looking for a warm, confident, and passionate Preschool Counselor who can guide parents, support admissions, and create a positive experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Handle parent inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms.

Counsel parents regarding preschool programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.

Conduct school tours and explain school facilities and teaching methods.

Build positive relationships with parents and children.

Maintain admission records, follow-ups, and student databases.

Coordinate with teachers and school management for smooth onboarding.

Support school events, parent meetings, and promotional activities.

Guide parents regarding children’s emotional, social, and learning development.


Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field.

Experience in preschool counseling, admissions, education, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, patient, and child-loving personality.

Basic computer knowledge and communication skills.
