I have over 3 years of teaching experience, during which I conducted coaching classes where I trained students in English communication, grammar, and presentation skills. My role was not only to enhance their language proficiency but also to help them build confidence in public speaking, group discussions, and interpersonal communication, which are core aspects of soft skills. Being an Engineer and currently pursuing an MBA in IT, I bring a unique combination of technical understanding and management perspective, which helps me connect with learners more effectively. During my academic journey, I also had the opportunity to lead a girls’ group, where I organized and motivated peers, and guided them in developing teamwork and leadership qualities. This experience has strengthened my ability to train, mentor, and inspire students in areas like communication, personality development, teamwork, and leadership—making me well-prepared to deliver impactful Soft Skills Training.
