Leadership skills are not developed overnight. You have to work as junior assistant in job for minimum 2-3 years than gradually leadership skills will develop. The logic behind is that when you work as a subordinate, you will know the difficulties of lower level people are facing and when you become a leader after sometime than people will easily follow you because you can connect their ambitions and basic needs.
