A Salesforce Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to help users, administrators, and developers understand and efficiently use Salesforce products and features. The role involves simplifying complex technical concepts, creating training materials, and enabling learners to apply Salesforce best practices in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Salesforce Admin and Development topics

Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, hands-on exercises, demos, and documentation

Train new hires, end users, and technical teams on Salesforce functionality and updates

Provide hands-on guidance on Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), Apex, LWC, and integrations (as applicable)

Assess learner progress and address knowledge gaps through Q&A and practical exercises

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training programs based on business needs

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Admin, Apex, LWC, Flows, Security, Integrations)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured manner

Experience with real-time problem-solving and use-case–based training

Salesforce certifications (Admin, PD1/PD2, or Trainer accreditation) are a plus
