"My experience with my mam ruchira was really nice. She is really patient and supportive and attentive towards her students. No, pursuing an LLB through correspondence (distance learning) is not recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI). If you want to practice law in India, you must complete an LLB from a BCI-approved regular law college. However, some universities offer distance learning law courses, but these are usually diplomas, certifications, or master’s degrees (like LLM) and do not qualify you to practice as an advocate. If you are looking for flexible legal education without the intent to practice in court, you can explore such programs.
