When do you use Python classes as a data scientist?

Its very unlikely that a data scientist will be using a python class. Generally they prefer to work with jupyter notebooks for analysis and quick visualization of the results. If a deployment of machine learning model is required, then classes generally comes into picture.

when u need to deploy machine learning model, u need to access pickle file which contain ur code. and Class created in a code will be used for deployment of model.
