There are a lot of sources from where you can start learning. A book python with sumita arora is a good book other than that there are a number of you tube channels that are teaching python or you can hire me i can teach you python from scratch to advance with best in class quality and best price

Can't solve because product price is a part of the tuple. Since LIST IS MUTABLE so we can change its elements. We can change the whole tuple because it is an element of the list. As WKT TUPLE IS IMMUTABLE so we can't change its elements.
