You can learn anything without the help of tutor but it depends on how much dedication and timeline you have..i Guess u get my point

Though there are many sites likes code academy but personalised training is always helpful for synchronization of learning and pace. Also helpful during project development stages.attend Python training.net

Yes, it is possible. But trainer are needed for proper guidance and help you to grab the concept faster then you learn youself.
