No,Python is a programming language where you can create any type of applications like standalone,web,etc.... But HTML is a markup laguage which is used for creating static webpages i.e just the design to make it interactive we use scripting languages

In no way are they similar. Python is a scripting language which is literally used nearly everywhere, whereas HTML is not even a programming language. It is just a markup language, used to define the structure of a web-page.
