I hold a background in Human Resources, with over 2 years of experience in recruitment, interview facilitation, and candidate evaluation. My work in HR gave me deep insight into people’s behaviours, communication styles, and the importance of emotional intelligence in both personal and professional settings. Over time, this inspired me to shift my focus toward counselling and personal development, which led to the creation of my initiative — InnerShift Studio.

At InnerShift Studio, I offer a range of services including 1:1 counselling sessions, interactive workshops, and digital resources that focus on helping individuals develop essential life and emotional skills. My areas of specialization include:

Soft Skills Development: I help clients improve their communication, active listening, presentation skills, and self-confidence—skills essential for career growth and relationship building.

Anger Management & Emotional Regulation: I guide individuals through techniques to understand, express, and manage their anger and other intense emotions in a healthy, constructive way.

Goal Setting & Personal Growth: I assist clients in identifying meaningful goals, breaking them into achievable steps, and staying motivated with structured check-ins and accountability methods.

My approach blends psychological principles with practical tools like journaling exercises, reflection worksheets, role-playing scenarios, and real-life applications. Whether it’s helping someone improve their workplace behaviour, manage personal challenges, or become more self-aware, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and action-oriented space for growth.

Currently, I work with young adults and working professionals, both online and offline, and I’m based in Pune. I'm also continually upgrading my knowledge in the field of counseling and mental health, and I’m passionate about creating resources that make emotional well-being accessible and actionable.
