I have 10+ years of experience working on AS400, RPGLE, free format and latest version of BPCS - ODW.

For the past 6 years i have managed and mentored teams of 2 to 26 people. I used to train the Freshers who used to join out project as and when required. I did the training's by taking classroom sessions on different as400 topics and giving assignments.

My training for AS400 is mostly divided into AS400 introduction, CL/400 commands and programing, DB2/400 (PF, LF's, Keywords and commands), SQL/400, WRKQRY, OPNQRY, RPG400 (fixed format opcodes then Free format programming with same RPG400 codes to be written in free format) and ILE concepts.

I have have provided AS400 and DB2/400 admin training to Associates of Bally technologies and Zensar.

I have Automobile, Retail and Manufacturing domain knowledge which will help the team i may train in future.

Most of my experience in on Development and Maintenance. I have done support and batch optimization works for few years.
