Generally, children develop motor skills at a very young age. These motor skills can be well developed by allowing the child to learn different musical instruments they love to play. If Your kid loves Harmonium or Keyboard, 8 yrs is a conducive age to play, and she will infact develop her motor skills at a young age and can play any other instruments also of her choice. And even go for vocals. I hope that answers your question.

Generally, children develop motor skills at a young age. So, it is good to give them those relevant skills to build motor skills at a young age. Playing harmonium or Keyboard at a young age will enhance thier motor skills and also charmingly develop thier swara understanding. Furthermore, if they wish they can also play a different instrument with ease as they have already played the harmonium. Even Go for Vocals. I hope that answers your question.
