"Honest & Unbiased Review: I took pen drive lectures of CA Final Law New course: 1.Notes : Coloured notes but full ICAI Study material copy paste. You have to go at the end of the chapter for amendments which is so tedious during exam study. 2.Lecture : Quality not good. At the start you will feel very satisfied as Swapnil Sir has made the Directors part so easy to remember with his in class revision. But after that he just takes the rest of the syllabus(including Securities Law and Economic Law) at a great pace and the teaching style is not good. He will just read out and give a one liner explanation even for those topics which are quite complicated to understand. I really didn't like the teaching style. 3.Chart study : The worst part of the lecture is chart study. It is not IT-SM where chart study might help. It is LAW, you have to write the language of law that means you need to remember what is written in ICAI Study material to a good extent. But this charts will never help if you don't self study the complete provision from the Study Material. That means you have to study twice (waste of time) 4.Amendments : Many lectures were provided to me without amendments which was so unsatisfactory. 5.Old recordings : For chapters like a. Arbitration and Conciliation Act, b. FCRA, c. Securities Law and SEBI LODR - Very old lectures were provided without any separate amendment videos or information. Pathetic Customer Service. Overall experience-Bad-Not Value for Money. "

"29 april 2020 I purchased ca final audit for nov 20 attempt, they are completely liar. They provided me nov 19 module first then after few days they again send me may 20 module and that module also not updated.I continuously trying to call or message to refund my money.They always making excuses we will but they are not interested to give me money so I am going to take legal action. I purchased full classes but received only 49 classes when I contact jaju sir where is standards he give me youtube link of may 19 in which standards are incomplete. Infact the last class i.e 49 class, he told FR teacher would continue from here in Consolidation Of Financial Statement but there is no another class that means that class is also incomplete. Highly recommend not to buy. If you want then please use youtube. Don't waste your money. "

"Frankly speaking, do not take pendrive classes from swapnil patni classes. I had purchased pendrive of EIS and FM ECO for may 2019 attempt, trust me pendrive of fm eco didn't run till now, and when i complaint to their team about that, they blocked my number and never unblocked. And when i watsapp to swapnil sir he never replied, he always just read the msg and no action has been taken by him, one more thing they don't deliver the whole set of books, i think their policy is that, when any student demand for any book again and again then give the book to that particular student, their team are liar they always give excuses and their team are very misbehaving also. I payed Rs.20000. Everything is waste. Student please go for other classes for eis and fm eco, there are many other teachers too. And students please do not expect for any help or assistance after paying fees to them. They are just fees oriented nothing else, do not join their coaching on the basis of their advertising. Please trust my words i have the proof of everywords which i have written. "

"Hey friends, don't fall prey to these marketing gimmicks. I had purchased his pendrive classes for ca final law. But he provided me with old classes with unamended and duplicate books (not as shown magazine pages) and provided with one pendrive for two sets of classes ordered. Also only ratification with some wrong concepts and illogical explanations. You would get a extract of half an hour of class out of 2.5 hours lecture. Also his staff members are very rude and not pick up the phone for any resolution. And forget about any query to get resolved as he would neither pick your phone nor reply for your whatsapp or messages (rarely replied for 2 to 3 times). He told me that he would refund my proportionate fees for the duplicate modules which he sent but after that he and his staff stopped replying. I have the proof of screenshots and voice messages. I am not complaining about other subjects as I don't know about them. But my experience for this subject is extremely poor. First time regretting to chose teacher in the entire ca course. His revisionary video is good but advised not to go for his full fledged classes for this particular subject. Rest is all upto you as everyone has his own perceptions and choices. "

"I strongly recommend that you do not take Swapnil Patni classes. The method of teaching is average. He'll make you understand things but Law really needs to be learnt. he just does massive revisions but does not at all provide tricks and tips to remember large sections. Plus he skips a couple of things saying that he'll get back to them later, but usually forgets to do that. Apart from this, Customer service is outright rude, incompetent and pathetic. They really are constantly irritated and hardly provide solutions for problems. Again, highly recommend not taking swapnil patni classes. "

"It is a pain to take asses from Swapnil Patni. Customer service is very as, they take your money and don't give service. I have not got my books in more than 3 weeks and my exams are close by. Don't take these classes. "

"It's not a good coaching classes. He claims "Don't study at home", but at same time he is unable to complete the syllabus at same time. His Teachers are taking night classes with minimum student and declaring that we have completed syllabus. If we complaint he not taking any action on teacher. I will suggest do not join the course with this class. "
