I am a career coach, I give career guidance for students from grades 8th-12th - includes psychometric tests and 1:1 sessions based on the requirement of the student. I am a certified career coach with Minder and National Career Development Association. I have a degree in hospitality management and am currently pursuing a degree in counselling psychology. I have worked in Human Resources for around 3 years and have keen understanding of developing work landscape. I also run programs in schools called Career Labs, where i work with developing student's self awareness, creating exposure to new emerging careers, entrance pathways, subject selection. I believe each student should be taught how to make career decisions than just choosing a path for them, it's a life long skill and a relevant one to create a future ready generation.
