With over more than 14 years of total work experience, currently I am the S&OP Leader for the Asia zone in R&D Materials. I have over five years of experience at Michelin in the Supply Chain planning of research development innovation (RDI) projects for off-highway, motorsports, and mining sectors. I am responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the project portfolio, adapting the standard Gantt charts to the specific needs of each project, and coordinating the resources and stakeholders involved.

I have a master's degree in human resources management, and a DALF C1 certification in French. I am currently pursuing PG in Project Management from MIT, Pune. I leverage my skills in Microsoft Power BI, French, and supply chain management to bring new perspectives and insights to cross-functional teams and projects. I have been recognized as a best performer, a champion for simplification, and a language expert in my previous roles. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that enhance the performance and sustainability of Michelin's products and processes.
