Hi I am Sumedha Deshpande, a Mandala artist and certified practitioner with Diploma in Transpersonal Mandala Therapy and Art Therapy. I believe art is not just about creating something beautiful, it is a powerful tool for self-expression, emotional healing, and inner balance.
Through my work, I blend traditional mandala techniques with therapeutic practices to help individuals experience mindfulness, reduce stress, and reconnect with their inner creativity. I specialize in teaching mandala art in a way that is simple, structured, and deeply calming making it accessible for both beginners and experienced artists.
My sessions follow a simple, step-by-step approach, starting with a brief grounding exercise, moving into guided pattern creation, and ending with reflection. This helps students not only learn the art but also experience focus, relaxation, and emotional balance.
What makes my teaching unique is the integration of therapeutic understanding, along with a gentle, non-judgmental approach.
My classes are open to school children, teenagers, and adults. No prior art experience is needed.
