My educational background and experience are diverse and ever-changing. I have one year of relevant experience teaching social science, science, maths and English to first through fifth graders. During that time, I developed my ability to provide a well-rounded education for a variety of age groups and disciplines.
I have over three years of experience as an HR executive in the IT industry in addition to my teaching background. My background in diversity has given me a unique perspective on managing organisations, creating development and learning environments, and interpersonal dynamics. I provide a well-rounded education that emphasises the development of critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities in addition to academic brilliance. I do this by fusing my corporate experience with my teaching knowledge. I now have the knowledge and skills needed to design a dynamic, enriching learning environment that is individualised for every student thanks to my experience thus far.
