I am in the field of teaching for 3 years. I have a diploma in Early childhood education and currently pursuing a B.Ed 2nd year. I can connect and gel with any age group. I have worked in school and had 30 students in my class. Depending on what every student requires I teach them as per their learning strengths. I understand what a student is good at and where they require improvement, depending on it, I plan their lessons and revision. Using various methods, strategies help students to learn better and keep them motivated and attentive.
Knowing and understanding student's weakness and building on their strength gives great results.
