I train freshers in my workplace.I have been teaching for the past 2 years.The best part about teaching is that it added up to my existing knowledge of a subject.I believe in interactive session so that I can understand if the student is grasping.My biggest strength as a teacher is I have lots of patience and explain anything by giving simple and relate-able examples.I have hands on knowledge of Manual testing so can prepare freshers for jobs.I teach slides and video conferencing.Provide students with study materials. I love imparting knowledge hence I don't see it as a job .
