Teaching Experience in detail in Soft Skills Training Classes
My experience in soft skills training spans corporate, healthcare, and individual client engagements, built around structured frameworks and measurable outcomes rather than one-off talks. In the corporate space, I designed and delivered a Communication and Influencing Skills workshop for mid-level managers in a manufacturing environment, built around the SIAT framework (Situation → Impact → Action → Timeline) to help participants structure difficult conversations and give feedback with clarity. I followed this with a dedicated Conflict Management session for the same audience, using the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument alongside an Interest-Based Relational approach to help managers recognize their default conflict style and shift toward collaborative resolution. Both sessions combined a branded slide deck with a self-assessment tool, so learning was reinforced through reflection rather than passive listening. In healthcare, I built and conducted a hands-on training program for hospital staff across front office, nursing, doctors, housekeeping, and support functions. This covered telephone etiquette, a patient-first communication approach, and objection handling using a H.E.A.R. framework, illustrated through a real-world service-recovery case study. I incorporated Mehrabian's 7-38-55 communication model to explain the weight of tone and body language in patient interactions, followed by a live role-play activity so staff could practice handling difficult conversations in a safe setting. The session closed with a scored self-assessment survey, and I later built a structured feedback form to track impact and inform an ongoing, recurring training engagement with the hospital. I also run pro-bono communication and confidence-building sessions with a community group supporting individuals managing Thalassemia, which keeps me practiced at adapting soft skills content for audiences with very different starting points, from corporate managers to first-time learners. Across all these engagements, my approach is consistent: assess the audience's real gaps, teach through relatable frameworks and case studies rather than theory alone, build in interactive practice, and measure whether the training actually changed behavior. This combination of structured design and hands-on facilitation is what I bring to every soft skills training assignment.

Teaching Experience in detail in Personal Grooming Classes
I bring an ICBI-certified Image Consultant's lens to personal grooming training, focusing on practical, role-appropriate presentation rather than generic checklists. A key engagement was designing a "Grooming & Work Ethics" module for hospital staff across front office, nursing, doctors, housekeeping, and support functions, covering attire, hygiene, posture, and professional presentation, framed around how staff grooming shapes patient trust and comfort. My sessions cover body language, personal styling fundamentals, dress codes, and the link between grooming and perceived credibility, using real examples and simple do's and don'ts frameworks participants can apply immediately. I keep sessions interactive with self-assessments and discussion so groups reflect on their own habits without feeling judged. I have adapted this content across very different audiences—from corporate managers preparing for client visibility to hospital support staff encountering formal grooming standards for the first time—always tying presentation back to a larger goal like credibility or patient trust, not surface-level polish.

My communication training experience spans corporate and healthcare settings, built around structured frameworks rather than generic tips. For mid-level managers in manufacturing, I designed a Communication and Influencing Skills workshop using the SIAT framework (Situation → Impact → Action → Timeline) to help participants structure difficult conversations and give clearer feedback. In healthcare, I built a hospital-wide communication program for Front Office, Nursing, Doctors, Housekeeping, and Support staff — covering telephone etiquette and a patient-first communication approach, reinforced with Mehrabian's 7-38-55 model to highlight the role of tone and body language in patient interactions. Across sessions, I combine branded content with self-assessments and live role-play, so participants practice real conversations rather than just discussing theory — and I close every session with feedback tools to track whether communication behavior actually improved.
