Sharad Yashavant Mali

I provide tuition for Engineering Diploma students, specifically in the Mechanical Engineering department. I teach all core subjects related to the mechanical stream and have been helping students understand concepts thoroughly for the past 14 years. My aim is to ensure that every student develops both strong theoretical knowledge and practical understanding.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) and a Master’s degree in Design Engineering. Additionally, I have completed a Master of Design (M.Des.) program, which has enhanced my technical expertise and equipped me to deliver high-quality education to my students.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience teaching Mechanical Engineering diploma subjects. My sessions focus on helping students grasp both theoretical principles and practical applications. My hands-on experience in design engineering projects allows me to provide real-world examples that make learning more relevant and engaging.

I have also worked in the industry for 2 years in the Air Brake Division at Adiya Francis Pvt. Ltd., a key supplier for companies like Bosch. This industrial exposure has strengthened my practical knowledge and helped me incorporate industry-relevant insights into my teaching, preparing students for both academic success and professional challenges.

I have been recognized with appreciation awards for being a best-performing teacher, which reflects my dedication and commitment to student success. I strive to create an encouraging and interactive learning environment where students feel motivated to ask questions and actively participate in their learning journey.

I conduct both online and offline classes, following a structured lesson plan combined with interactive sessions. I use PPTs and videos to explain complex topics clearly, ensuring that students understand each concept thoroughly. Regular assessments and discussions are incorporated to reinforce learning and track progress effectively.

My ultimate goal is to help students excel academically while building confidence and problem-solving skills. By combining structured teaching, practical insights, and interactive learning methods, I aim to prepare students not only for their exams but also for successful careers in Mechanical Engineering.
