School of inspirational leadership- SIL is an organization driven by the need to create inspired entrepreneurs across globe and be a strong catalyst in the growth of his business. Our goal is to maximize an entrepreneur's dream of making his business more productive, profitable & sustainable.

We at SIL are the catalyst in facilitating emergence of competent entrepreneurs and transiting them from existing growth-seeking MSMEs into a growth-oriented enterprise through mentoring, training, coaching & consulting.

Continuing our believe of uplifting and hand-holding MSME enterprises we offer 10 months Entrepreneur Development Programs for founders and business owners. In this program, there are 10 sessions associated with each month in a 10 months period. Each of these sessions is followed by web-ex review for implementation followed by a coach visit. We not only believe in transferring knowledge but implementation. We assure that whatever entrepreneurs are learning during these sessions are implementing at their work place and getting advantage from this knowledge. If we found some specific issue for a particular business during the process then we discuss it in details and solve the issue by our years of experience and expertise.
