Can Photoshop do everything Lightroom can?

Yes, Photoshop can do everything lightroom can and more. Lightroom is used for global corrections of light and colour but does not have a lot of features of local corrections. But photoshop can do both.

Lightroom and Photoshop are mutually exclusive in features, hence both are indespensible. Lightroom is used for global corrections of light and photoshop can be used for both, global and local corrections.

wanted to know about latest Single lens reflex for wildlife?

the hundred series is for amateurs (600D), followed by the tens series..(60D) which is what you should look for, and next comes the single digit series (5D, 6D) which is for professionals.
