My professional journey has been shaped by diverse experiences across corporate roles, the social impact (CSR) sector, and continuous learning in human behavior and personal development. While working with people from different industries, organizations, and communities, I realized that regardless of profession or position, stress, emotional overwhelm, and the search for meaning are common human experiences.
This realization inspired me to focus on helping individuals cultivate stress resilience, purpose-driven living, mindfulness, energy management, emotional intelligence, and empathetic leadership—qualities that enable people not only to perform better but also to live more balanced, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.

To deepen my expertise, I have completed workshops and specialized training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the Silva Method, Relaxation Techniques, Reiki, Hypnosis, Hypno-NLP, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). These learning experiences have strengthened my understanding of the mind-body connection and enriched my approach to supporting lasting personal transformation.

I have also written and presented a research paper titled "Meditation: A Tool for Stress Release and the Science Behind It" at a national conference organized by Maharshi Karve Shikshan Sanstha, exploring the role of meditation in stress reduction and the scientific principles behind its effectiveness.
