I have more than 9 years of rich work experience as a Business Analyst and Consultant. I have worked with organizations of the caliber of Cognizant, TCS, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Synechron. My clients have included Credit Suisse, HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group, as well as the Pune Municipal Corporation.
I possess a deep level of expertise in the processes and tools concerned with Business Analysis and Requirement Engineering - including the elicitation, analysis, specification, validation and management of requirements.
Whilst with these organizations, I have won several awards for delivering difficult projects and have been recognized as an 'Idea Champion' in my time with Cognizant.
I have conducted training programs within these companies and am also working as a part time trainer with the University of Pune - having taken 20 hour courses on Business Analysis and Financial Derivatives.
Whilst in college, I also conducted courses on soft skills and business communication at Queen Mary's Technical Institute, Khadki - an institute for disabled defense professionals.
I am a Certified Scrum Master and hold an MBA from the Department of Management Sciences, University of Pune, where I have been a gold medalist.
