I work at a corporate company and also am a Yoga Trainer. exciting!. I have been taking yoga class for over 2 years and have been a practitioner for more than 4 years. I have done two certification course in yoga and Pilates, best and better for people who wants to tone their body and improve wellness as well.
I take PI-YO classes in Gateway Towers, Amanora.
