I hold a K11 Personal Trainer Certification, which I completed in 2012, along with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. My academic background and professional training have given me a strong foundation in exercise science, nutrition, and client-centered program design. This allows me to create effective, practical, and result-oriented fitness solutions for people of all fitness levels.

Over the years, I have trained a wide range of clients, from beginners looking to improve their general fitness to those focused on weight loss, muscle gain, and lifestyle changes. One of the most fulfilling moments in my career was helping a client lose over 25 kilograms through consistent training, balanced nutrition, and mindset coaching. Watching their transformation and the confidence it brought to their life was extremely rewarding, and it reinforced my belief in the power of discipline and dedication.
