Purushottam Kumar Mishra

I am a Physics teacher with more than 7 years of teaching experience, specialising in Classes 11 and 12 as well as Engineering Entrance Coaching. I have extensive experience in IIT-JEE and NEET coaching and have been providing online tuition since 2021. My focus is on helping students develop strong conceptual foundations, improve their problem-solving abilities, and prepare systematically for competitive examinations.

I have completed my M.E./M.Tech. and hold a degree from IIT, which has given me a strong academic foundation in Physics and technical subjects. I have also qualified the GATE examination, reflecting my strong subject knowledge and technical understanding. My academic background and teaching experience allow me to approach Physics from both a conceptual and examination-oriented perspective.

Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students preparing for IIT-JEE, NEET, and their Class 11 and 12 examinations. I understand that Physics can become challenging when students try to memorise formulas without understanding the concepts behind them. I therefore focus strongly on concept clarification and help students understand the logic and principles that form the basis of different topics.

Doubt-solving is one of my key strengths. I encourage students to bring their questions to class and work through them systematically. Rather than simply providing the final answer, I try to explain the reasoning and steps involved so that students can develop the ability to approach similar problems independently.

My teaching methodology is structured, practical, and exam-oriented. I explain topics step by step and use relevant problems to help students apply the concepts they have learned. My classes are interactive, and I encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, and clarify their doubts. I adjust the pace and depth of teaching according to the student's level and learning requirements.

For competitive examination preparation, I focus on strengthening fundamentals while also developing problem-solving skills. I guide students through relevant questions and help them understand the approach required to solve problems effectively. Regular practice and clear conceptual understanding are important parts of my approach because they help students become more confident when facing different types of examination questions.

I conduct classes both online and offline and use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to support my teaching. My goal is to make Physics clear, logical, and approachable while helping students prepare effectively for both school examinations and competitive entrance tests. With my experience in IIT-JEE and NEET coaching, my focus is on helping students develop the conceptual clarity, problem-solving ability, and confidence they need to progress towards their academic goals.
